Irish low-cost airline Ryanair’s partnership with the Birmingham based public transport company National Express proved to be a huge success for both the businesses.
The partnership, launched in March this year, helped thousands of passengers to take advantage not only of Ryanair’s low air fares but also of the affordable services offered by National Express’ coach travel.
The deal allows the passengers to book their coach transfers from the airport while they are booking their flights on Ryanair.com. It also enables them to book their coach transfers onboard the Ryanair aircraft.
Following the partnership, passengers traveling on Ryanair to and from the locations including Gatwick, Luton, Manchester and Stansed airports can avail the benefit of the National Express connections which calls for hassle-free onward travel both before or after their flight.
The partnership has also proved to be beneficial in lieu of some the major events which include the Final Champions League match between Borussia Dortmund and Bayern Munich. Ryanair is further laying on 23 additional flights for the event which is providing extra opportunities for the travelers.
Alternatively, National Express has also put on hundreds of extra seats keeping in mind the increasing demand from the German football fans.
