Online travel agent Directline Holidays that offers bespoke and traditional tour operator packages has announced the opportunity to pay on monthly basis on its holidays as of 1st March 2013.
Directline Holidays will be the only travel company to offer this on holiday packages and also on holidays booked with UK’s popular tour operators. Customers can avail low deposit offer by paying a holding deposit of $37.18 for departing from 1st November 2013 onwards or $72.88 for departing from 1st August 2013, per person with the final balance payable 3 weeks before departure.
The payments on original deposits are accepted on booking any trip from 1st March 2013 with the second deposit payment due on 1st May 2013, for booking made by 2nd April 2013 with monthly payments until final payment.
Historical final payments for bespoke packages were collected 8 weeks before travelling and traditional packages 12 weeks before departure.
The company’s CEO Maria Whiteman said that even though they charge $37.18 to $72.88 per person to secure their holiday, they pay the tour operators full deposit on their customer’s behalf. They can do this based on strong financial status built through 20 and more years as a successful travel company.
She also said that Directline Holiday customers don’t pay anything more than the actual price – it is simply a way for its customers to plan budget for all their important holiday travels.
