Travelling to Middle East is going to be much easier on American Airlines as American has entered into a new codeshare program with Doha based Qatar Airlines.
The deal allows the two eminent airlines to codeshare each other’s flights between the U.S. and Doha, and also to flights connecting to both the airlines’ European destinations including London and Paris.
Customers can start booking their travel on Codeshare flights starting 10th February for travelling from 26th February onwards.
The new codeshare relationship with Qatar Airways will offer American Airlines’ customers with easy and premium access to travel between U.S and the Middle East, and beyond, reported usatoday.com.
This Codeshare is a good news for American Airlines AAdvantage program members too as they are benefited on flights operated by Qatar Airways.
Both American Airlines and Qatar Airways are members of Oneworld Alliance. Others are Air Berlin, British Airways, Cathay Pacific, LAN, Finnair, Japan Airlines, Iberia, Malaysia Airlines, Qantas, Royal Jordanian, SriLankan Airlines and S7 Airlines.
